Britney Spears is close to having overnight visits with her two sons

The ‘Toxic’ singer - who lost all visitation rights to two-year-old Sean Preston and 18-month-old Jayden James in January following a stand-off with police - has recently had limited access to the boys and is now showing signs of responsible parental behaviour.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, lawyer for Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline, who currently has sole custody, told America’s OK! magazine: “Britney’s progress over the last two months is good. But it’s premature to say that two months shows a pattern of consistency.

Britney fails in estate appeal

Britney Spears has failed in a bid to request an appeal over her father taking control of her estate. James Spears was granted custody of his daughter’s property and finances while the singer was in a psychiatric unit. The terms of the court order gives her father conservatorship until July 31 2008.
